The Hamilton County Schools will be closed Wednesday due to flooding in a number of areas of the county. School officials first said there would be a one-hour delay in start times. Red Bank Approves Rezoning For Hudson Project On Stringer's Ridge
Developer Said He Hopes Trust Buys Property Instead
The Red Bank City Commission voted 4-0 on Tuesday night to rezone 13 acres on Stringer's Ridge for a residential development for Jimmy Hudson. However, Mr. Hudson said afterwards he hopes the property - including the remaining 79 acres of the historic ridge that are in Chattanooga - are purchased instead by the Trust for Public Land.
